Are the colours of the products the same as those on my screen?

There may be a small difference between the picture on your screen and the product itself. Colours can never be exactly the same.

How can I be sure I have the correct size?

How can I see whether a product is in stock?

All products are available as a rule unless they are marked “SOLD OUT”. HipAndGreen endeavours to accept orders only for those products which are available. Should one or more product no longer be available, HipAndGreen will advise the customer as soon as possible. Should the payment have already gone through, HipAndGreen will reimburse this payment as soon as possible, within 10 days of payment.

Which methods of payment are available?

You may choose two payment methods:

Paypal:
If you wish to pay by Paypal you are bound to Paypal’s conditions. These can be found at:

www.paypal.com.

For this payment method, you must open a PayPal account – if you do not already have one – and supply your bank details.

Once payment to HipAndGreen is confirmed, your order will be shipped to the address supplied.

Bank Transfer:

Once your order is submitted, you can make a transfer onto the bank account of HipAndGreen:

Shipping

To which countries do we ship orders?

In principle, we can ship to any country in the world, depending on shipping costs. For countries within the EU and some fixed countries there is a fixed price; for other countries, we will quote costs of shipping and if you agree, we shall confirm the transaction and ship the order.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

We work with B-Post for all of our shipments.

Orders are sent out only on working days; orders made at the weekend or on holidays will be sent out the following working day.

Orders above €50 will be sent free of charge within Belgium.

Orders above €90 will be sent free of charge to The Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxemburg and the United Kingdom.

For orders below this amount shipping costs are paid by the customer as follows:

Belgium: €2.50

Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxemburg, UK: €5

The rest of EU and USA: €15

Canada, Norway, Turkey: €20

The rest of the world: please e-mail your address to info@hipandgreen.com and we will request shipping costs from our supplier.

Gift tokens will incur no shipping costs.
It is also possible to avoid shipping costs all together by e-mailing a request to info@hipandgreen.com and arranging collection of your order from the following address: Bosschaert de Bouwellei 56, 2100 Deurne/Antwerpen, België. Orders may be collected on working days (excluding holidays) between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

The customer is responsible for the cost of any returns except in the case of errors on the part of HipAndGreen .

Delivery Times

Delivery times are indicative; Hip&Green will enceavour to deliver within the times stated.

Orders will be sent during working days only; if an order is placed at the weekend or on a holiday, orders will be sent on the following working day. Your order will be sent as soon as payment is received.

Indicative delivery times are as follows:
within Belgium: 1 to 2 days after confirmation of payment.
The Netherlands/France/Luxemburg: 2 to 3 days after confirmation of payment.
The rest of Europe/EU: 3 to 5 days after confirmation of payment.
The rest of the World: 5 to 10 days after confirmation of payment.

What happens after my order is placed?

After we’ve received the confirmation of your payment, we will send you your package.

A soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming the details and a reference number. Then you will be able to see your order on your customer account.

If, at any time, there seem to be a problem with the shipment of your order, please contact us via info@hipandgreen.com.

If I have made a mistake on the address, what should I do?

Please check your details carefully when making a payment. Should you discover a mistake in the delivery address, please contact us immediately at info@hipandgreen.com

Please note: once you have received confirmation of shipment, it is usually too late to change the address. You shall have to wait until the parcel is returned to Hip&Green after which we shall send it to the correct address. We shall contact you in order to confirm that correct details.

Returns

Returning a product

To return a product, please follow these guidelines:

1. Please send an e-mail to Info@hipandgreen.com or a letter by recorded delivery within 3 days of receipt of your order (including holidays) to the following address:

2. Note the correct name of the item you wish to return in your e-mail or letter. This can be found on the label of your parcel.

3. Items you wish to exchange or return must be sent to HipAndGreen within 14 days in its original condition. The stamps or the stamp of the delivery firm is your proof of posting. Ensure that you enclose a copy of the order or the invoice in the parcel you are returning.

4. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the order as well as any damage to the parcel which may occur before HipAndGreen receive it. In case of damage, please retain your proof of posting.

5. The returned item will only be accepted in its original state: no alterations must be made; the ticket should still be attached and the order returned in the original packaging. Products will not be accepted if:
a. they are damaged, soiled, used or altered by the client or third parties;
b. articles are not complete: pieces, instructions, accessories missing;
c. articles are not in their original packaging.

6. Articles on sale or taking part in a promotion can not be returned or refunded

7. You will receive an e-mail informing you when your item has been received.

When all conditions are met, HipAndGreen will return the complete amount within 30 days of receipt.

The item does not meet my expectations

In accordance with Belgian law, every customer has the right to change their mind within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order (the postage stamp or deliverer’s stamp is proof of postage). (dit gaat niet zo in Engeland – pakketjes worden electronisch voor getekend) If you advise Hip&Green of your decision at info@hip&Green.com that you wish to cancel your order, no costs will be incurred.

In order to provide a better service we would appreciate it if you would advise us of your reason for cancelling; this, however, is not obligatory.

You can choose to exchange the item or you may receive a refund, excluding postage
